Managing Excellence provides services in five distinct areas.

• Management Development - We offer interactive training sessions for managers, both on- site and through online courses. These on-site sessions can be tailored to the specific needs of the client, and can be combined into a larger curriculum. Offerings include management skills, communications, labor laws, interviewing, train-the-trainer, and conflict resolution.
• One-on-One Coaching - Managing Excellence offers in-depth analysis services that can be used to define a course of action to improve a manager's effectiveness. Typically, the analysis will provide information that Managing Excellence specialists will use in one-on-one coaching sessions to improve the manager's skills.

• Organizational Development - In this area, Managing Excellence provides services that will support the growth and development of your organization, supporting your efforts in planning, change, team development and employee retention.
• Technical Product Services - Managing Excellence has experience in creating technical manuals and user manuals for a variety of different products in multiple vertical markets.
• Human Resources Support - Many small to mid-sized businesses may not be able to dedicate a full time person to human resource programs. Managing Excellence can augment your staff by providing expertise in hiring, terminations, policies and procedures, creation of employee manuals, and other human resource related topics.
