One-on-One Coaching Services

While most of us would like to think that our management skills are adequate, the reality is that almost everyone can improve with some assistance. Managing Excellence offers one-on-one coaching as well as in depth management analyses of a manager's skills, all with the goal of improving the bottom line of your company. These sessions are offered to both first line and mid-level managers that typically have moved up in the company ranks because of their technical skills, but have not necessarily gained management skills to complement their technical abilities.

Career Development Coaching

Our coaching specialists offer a variety of options for management coaching, based on our client's needs. At the simplest level, we can use a "Disc" instrument to gain insight into the manager's behaviors and then discuss personal improvement objectives with the manager. At the other end of the spectrum, we offer a program using the 360 feedback instrument process. In this program, we create surveys that are distributed to the subject's subordinates, peers, and supervisors. These surveys are collected and analyzed to provide the discussion material for the coaching session with the employee.





Partnership/Relationship Coaching

As co-workers or partners engage in complex projects together, blending different styles, approaches and ideas can be challenging. With professional facilitation these relationships can move toward unity, effectively accessing the potential of teamwork/partnership. We offer coaching sessions focused on creating positive change.
