J. Scott Murphy
President
Scott Murphy has over twenty years experience in
training and organizational development. Scott has extensive experience
in the petroleum, restaurant and food processing industries. His experience
includes Management Development, Performance Management Systems, Change
Management, Process Reengineering, Recognition Programs, and Recruitment.
Prior to Scott entering into Management Consulting
he held the position of Manager of Corporate Training and Organizational
Development with Crown Central Petroleum Corp. for twelve years and
was the Regional Human Resources and Training Manager for Al Copeland
Enterprises for six years. Scott has conducted over 500 management
development classes during his career.
Scott attended the University of Texas in Austin
and received a Bachelor of Business Degree in Management and also
received a Masters of Business in Organizational Behavioral Management
from the University of Houston.
He is certified to teach a variety of programs including
Situational Leadership (Blanchard), DiSC Communications (TTI), and
Empowering the Organization (Oshry). Scott is also certified as a
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Allison M. L. Fritz, Ed.D.
Senior Associate
Dr. Allison Fritz is an organization development
professional with more than twenty years experience facilitating groups
and designing programs. Additionally, Dr. Fritz was in management
roles for over 15 years. Working within both the public and private
sectors, she applies her knowledge and expertise in the areas of leadership,
communications, supervision and team development. Dr. Fritz coaches
and facilitates career planning and change management, as well.
In her seven years as an internal organization development consultant
for Crown Central Petroleum’s corporate headquarters, Dr. Fritz
designed train the trainer programs for managers; facilitated change
management activities, including the Executive Leadership Team; designed
and facilitated management team retreats; established a corporate
staff development program; and helped steer the direction of a workforce
effectiveness initiative.
Prior to her work with Crown, Dr. Fritz managed a state-of-the-art
continuing education center for the University of Maryland System.
Earlier work with the University of Maryland Baltimore County involved
directing an office in Student Affairs, during which time she organized
staff development activities, and co-coordinated a leadership program
for mid-level managers.
Dr. Fritz earned a doctoral degree in Education with an emphasis on
Staff and Organization Development from the University of Maryland
College Park. She holds a Masters degree in Counseling and Personnel,
and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communications
from the University of Delaware.
Madeline Collins
Senior Associate
Madeline Collins is an Independent Training and
Performance consultant who has over 20 years experience in helping
businesses gain higher levels of customer satisfaction. She specializes
in the area of Teambuilding & Teamwork and Customer Service. Prior
to becoming an independent consultant, Madeline worked as a Senior
Training Specialist at Baltimore Federal Financial and T. Rowe Price.
In addition she has provided training and consulting services to businesses
including Allison Transmission, Applied Performance Strategies, the
State of Maryland, and Howard County Public Schools.
Madeline received both her BA in Business and her
MA in Human Resources Development from Towson University. She has
been an active member of the American Society for Training and Development,
both at the local and national level, serving as Finance Director
from 1998-2001 and President from 2001-2002 for the Maryland Chapter.
Presently Madeline is a member of the ASTD CORE Committee which assists
local chapters in meeting specific standards of chapter operations.
